You know when life gets really hard and you don't know ifnyoubshould push on or just sit and cry like a baby? I had one of those months! Right after Ellanore was born we got ants REALLY bad. They were in every room of my house. The kids were going crazy with staying home all day long. Michael's job got crazy and he was working late and not coming home for lunch. I finally had enough of the ant problem and agreed to have my house sprayed. They gave me instructions to empty all cupboards and closets and to move everything away from the walls. My house was a disaster to begin with so this made everything even more crazy. I didn't want my new baby around the spray and my parents were going to mammoth for General Conference so I tagged along.
I was beyond stressed with all that was going on and was taught a little lesson in humility. I had been praying that I could do it all but Heavenly Father wanted me to learn that I need to ask for help. The day before my brake down a sister in my ward asked if I needed any help. I swallowed my pride and asked her to come help me get my house ready for the spray. She was such a blessing and I made a great friend because of that experience.
My mom drove down to my apartment and we drove my car up to Mammoth while Michael stayed home to work all weekend.
We had fun in mammoth until Walt got really sick. I am a nervous wreck when Walt gets sick. Any time he has a fever he has a chance to have a seizure and it scares me. He spent the whole night crying because his ear hurt. It was stressful!!
The beautiful part of this weekend was the talks given specifically for me. They were exactly what I had been praying for! Heavenly Father had a beautiful plan set up for us and so many blessing to make our life happy!
