5 months! Scratch that... 6 months!

I'm ok with the fact that I don't blog about every milestone Ellanore has. I have let that guilt go and I will just enjoy the updates I do get done! So now Ella girl is 6 months old! How!?!?!? In one weekend she started eating solids and rolling over and then the next weekend she was sitting up and giggling.... Finally!!!!! She is so totally loved!!

Ellanore loves to be on the go!
She is the roundest little ball of butter and smells so good! I am always tempted to eat her up!!
Olivia loves Ellanore! Probably because she doesn't try to take her toys away! I'm excited to see them play more and more!

She wasn't a fan of avacado and peas but has loved everything else.
Baths stress me out... But I do love when my babies smell so good!!
We got ready for this beach season with new swim suits and beach chairs! We are excited to get more beach time in!
But really!!?!!!? Can I please just eat her up!?
Please!!!
Life is totally crazy with 3 kids. I didn't want to admit it but then is kicking my butt and most days I end up worn out but then we have the sweet days and it makes it all worth it!
My little Ella Mae sucks her thumb! It's so cute! But we still giver her a bink so hopefully we can get rid of it soon! One Sunday I found her like this and this was when the thumb sucking all started. And get a good look at those legs!!
This is my favorite! I have enjoyed taking pictures with these stickers I got as a baby shower gift from Oakley.
The bloopers are always the best! This was right after Walt tried brushing her hair... Ouch! Haha! Her face!
Most of the time I kept sitting her back up after a face plant haha!
Then there is her spit up that is now oh so colorful! Haha!!
A man at the grocery store asked if I shaved her head!!? Haha! No, she is just very bald!

We love our sweet girl so much! I feel so blessed to call her mine! When she was newborn my mom asked me who she looked like and obviously she looks like her siblings but I remember telling my mom that she looked familiar. It's so true. I feel like this sweet girl has been by my side forever and I love it!

She has slept through the night since birth which has been a huge blessing since her older brother and sister definitely do not and its killing me! She is so easy going as long as she is fed and changes and rested. She is always happy! She loves to smile at people but always gets bashful after she gives her smile. She loves to hold my hand and is very aware of what is going on around her. My heart melts for this little girl and I love her so much!!

How!!? Stop!! Be my sweet perfect baby forever!!  She is growing so fast and filling out so much!

Olivia says!

Tonight as we were putting the kids to bed Olivia asked to hold Ellanore. She then asked if Ellanore could be baby Jesus. It was so cute! She told me to call her Mary. She held "baby Jesus" so sweetly. My heart was so full of love for this little girl! She gave Jesus to me then went to her blocks and built gifts for Jesus and laid them by Ellanore. She kept asking us if we could have an "actibity" (nativity)! She asked Walter to be "josmif" (we think she use to call him Joseph Smith but it turned into josmif!) but he said no haha. It was so sweet and brought me so much joy!

Every morning she asks to hold Ellanore and her new thing to tell me is "I wuv you wif all my heart, forever!". I love her so much!

Olivia says

Olivia is a sunbeam now and went to primary for the first time today! We had been talking about this big change for a long time and she was so excited! As we got ready this morning she asked me if Jesus was going to be in her class or if the Holy Ghost would be there. Michael and I then had a special moment to teach her about who the Holy Ghost is and how we feel when we feel him around.

I watched her get in line in nursery and walk to the primary room and sit down in the little chairs up front. She looked so big!!

Later I ran into a woman who was helping in primary and was sitting next to Olivia she told me Olivia leaned over to her and said "I'm done!". Hahaha!!

Sweet girl! You better get use to primary because next year you will be in pre-school and then kindergarten!

I'm excited to watch her learn and grow as she gets older! I have a lot of teaching to do and more learning!

Christmas

I never blogged about Christmas but I did upload the pictures! So at least the memories will be here!

6 years

Michael and I have been married for 6 years!! It's been a wonderful 6 years and I am so blessed he is mine! December is a crazy month for our family and this year was extra crazy with Michaels trip to Italy and us staying at my parents house for 2 week, Michaels birthday, Walters birthday, Christmas parties, Christmas, New Years, 2 months of being sick and our anniversary so we went out to dinner for some all you can eat sushi and quick Christmas shopping.

I love how well we work together. He is a good man and works so hard. I'm grateful for all he does for us. He teaches me so much. He is kind and sensitive. He is so so so good with the kids and loves the deeply. He is always trying to serve me. He is so ambitious and working on improving constantly. He is SO funny! No one makes me laugh like Michael and that is very important to me. I love him and all that we have created together! I am blessed!

Walter turns 2

My baby boy is 2!! This month has been an emotional month for me. I can't stop thinking about the last 2 Decembers. Two years ago we were bringing this sweet little boy home from the hospital to our new home then last year we had his first birthday at our home and we had no idea we would be moving to California in a month. This last year had been so crazy.

Walter keeps me on my toes! Last June my 18 month old had a seizure that taught me so much about asking for help and trusting Heavenly Fathers plan. Walter is always falling and hitting his head. I have to keep an eye on that little daredevil! He is a climber and a risk taker but also very cautious at times.

Today at church I had to take Ellanore out to feed her and Walt started to follow me but I told him to stay with dad hi shoulders dropped and his lip started to pout and he let out a big cry. I hurried back to him, took his hand and he stopped crying and joined me in the mothers lounge. He is a mommys boy! I love it! All throughout the day he is very aware of where I am andhugging my leg. He gives me kisses and tells me he loves me all the time. He only called me mom for a long time and one day I worked on the word mommy with him and now he only calls me mommy and I love it!

He is so good to his sisters! Olivia is (hopefully) going through the "everything is mine and I won't share" stage and Walter graciously lets her take over his toys (most of the time). He does know how to get mad at her and his usual defense tactic is pulling her hair. A thumb tack fell out of our Christmas box when we were cleaning up this week and Olivia stepped on it (she was totally fine we couldn't even see where it poked her) and was crying a lot. Walter was so concerned for her and kept asking "wuh happ-end?" Over and over. Then he ran and grabbed her binky and kissed her on her forehead. He is so sweet!

The poor boy is surrounded by Olivia's fantasy world of princesses and all things girly. He loved Disney princesses and dressing up in Olivia's clothes. He wants to be just like her. So, for his birthday and Christmas we got him cars and trains (which Olivia decided was hers) and some clothes and shoes to dress up in.

The Monday after Christmas we moved him into a big boy bed and he had been doing surprisingly great! Well, not naps but going to bed has been a lot easier than I anticipated.

Walter is just the sweetest little boy and so fun to be around. I'm beyond blessed to be his mommy!
