Happy Thanksgiving!

Well, I'm going to be honest. I was a grouch this Thanksgiving. I was really upset that all my family was together in Mammoth and Michael's family was all together in Colorado. I am always grateful to be with Michael and Olivia any chance I get but there is something special about being with your extended family for the holidays. I am a lot like my mom, I like to be where the party is at. It made me sad knowing I was missing turkey bingo, Black Friday shopping, good conversations, lots of laughter, and lets be honest... I really wanted to show off Olivia!

So, in my cranky mood I decided I didn't want to participate in Thanksgiving. I wanted to rebel and not make a turkey and lots of sides and tons of desserts. I wanted to go out to Red Lobster and forget about how I would be missing the parties.
Side note: Michael is amazing!! He puts up with me and still loves me! I am so thankful for him!
After sulking for a while Michael suggested we make a sea food Thanksgiving dinner and I agreed to it.
Today when everyone was together with families I got grouchy again. I missed the whole point of this holiday. I forgot to be grateful to be with my beautiful family until Michael put his magic to work. He has a way to get me out of my worst bad mood. He got me laughing and smiling and Olivia doesn't have to do much to help because she is such a joy to be around. I had a blast cutting my crab legs with my scissors and pulling out the meat and laughing with Michael over dinner. I enjoyed every second I had making Olivia giggle today. I am so grateful for my family of 3! I would be a grouchy, cranky mess without them.
I am also very grateful for my savior Jesus Christ. In my bad mood I was able to turn to him in prayer and ask for the peace and happiness I had lost to come back. He has blessed me more than I can ever express.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed being with their loved ones.

3 days of Happy Halloween!!

We celebrated Halloween for 3 days this year!
On Monday we went to our friends the Stewarts and partied with our group of friends.

Our group consists of The Adair Family, The Huntsman Family, The Stewart Family, and The Woolley Family!
We all have children that are the same ages which is SO much fun!
Kara did an amazing job decorating her house! It was beautiful and so festive!
The cute table and fun menue
We had Ghost Poop, Ghosts, Cooked Rats in Blood, Skeleton Bread, and Mice.
That is Grandma and Grandpa Adair
 Baby Ollie and The Daddy
Cason got a little messy so the Stewarts let him use one of Lili's nigh gowns hahaha Krystina wasn't sure about this but it was better than him running around naked all night!
On Tuesday we went Trick-or-Treating at Michaels work, Melaleuca. They did a great job decorating the offices.
Tuesday night we went to our ward Trunk-or-Treating party. It was fun and we got lots of candy to pass out on Halloween!
Auntie Rachael came down see Olivia all dressed up! Olivia LOVES her Auntie Rachael!
Olivia also learned how to crawl!
On Halloween night Olivia and I dressed up but stayed in side.
We were a happy zebra family!
My Grandma Hunt Provided me with this awesome costume to match Olivia! It was fun getting dressed up and I want to point out the awesome socks!

Olivia has been wearing her First Halloween pjs all month long but tonight she stayed up a little too late. We had a Happy Halloween and hope you all did too!!
