We did it!! We made it through our first Thanksgiving with an amazing dinner and a fun filled day. My cousin Ian joined us for dinner and kept Michael company watching football. We skyped Michael's family and talked to mine on the phone. I hope everyone else had a great Thanksgiving holiday!
I am grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ and his gospel!
I am so very thankful for my wonderful husband and all the fun we have together!
I am so grateful for my little baby that kicks all day long!
I could go on and on and on with the blessings in my life but to spare you just know that I am so thankful!
The night before Thanksgiving we made mini pazookies!! So fun and so easy!

I might go make another one right now!
This is our Thanksgiving dessert... well the one I made. We also had Pumpkin Pie and Apple Pie. Easy recipe working from the bottom up: Oreo cookie, fudge, peppermint ice cream, cool whip, and candy canes.
Look at all those Black Friday ads we were about to dive into!
New Thanksgiving tradition... Donuts and Black Friday ads!
I was nervous about the Turkey but it worked out great!

We always have theses treats for lunch every year in Mammoth so it made me feel more at home this year.
So, we went through all the Black Friday ads then michael went through them again and wrote them all down so we could easily shop for what we want when we wanted at the right store.

What a beautiful bird!
Michael made these rolls from scratch! So proud!
Our finished product included: Turkey, Stuffing, Peas, Corn, Mashed Potatoes, Jello, Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, Martinellis, and Rolls.
Baby Woolley enjoyed this day just as much as I did. Baby kept kicking all night! I don't always look that pregnant... I just ate a ton.

The day after Thanksgiving was CRAZY!! Thanksgiving night Michael and I went Black Friday shopping. It was insane! Our first stop was at Walmart at 10pm. Michael has a big day coming up next week (Birthday) and he is wanting an XBox so we went to Walmart to get some games for really cheap. If you want the story about Walmart you have to call and ask Michael because I stepped away from the shoving, pushing, pulling, hitting, biting, tripping, and any other way a teenaged boy and Christmas shopping mother can get to their XBox games. Every time Michael tells the story his adrenaline gets going again!
Our next adventure started at 4am the following morning. Our first stop was Sam's club. We were one person too late getting the XBox ticket so we drove over to Fred Myers. We waited in line till 5am and when we got in Michael bolted to the gaming section but no luck. He was first to get there but they sold out of the XBox bundle pack the day before. So we went back to Sam's and waited in the "Hope I get lucky line" (at 6am if the people with the XBox tickets didn't get their game it was given to this line). It was inside and Sam's Club was giving out free breakfast!
We then went to Toys R Us but they were sold out of the crib we were looking for. So, we went to Target and I got my slippers that I have been wanting for a long time for half off and some nice sweats.
Then we went to Walmart in hopes they still had the XBox bundle pack and they could price mach but no luck so Michael called his mom and told her to keep her eye out and guess what! She got his XBox bundle pack at her Walmart!! I had a somewhat satisfied husband but he had to try one more stop... We made a 20 minute trek to Blackfoot Walmart to see if they had his XBox but no luck. We did purchase 2 floor matts and an XBox controller on sale!
We then went home and I took two naps that were each 3 hours! I was a happy camper after those naps and I even managed to get our Christmas decorations up!

Here is the finished product... if you have been following my blog you saw the same tree last year
