Engaged!!!!
Today we started our day off with going to the temple and then Michael went to work. It was a long day full with thoughts of "I wonder how Michael will ask me to marry him in California?" When Michael got off of work we were going to make dinner but we had to leave soon before the sun set. We grabbed some McDonald's and ate it on the way up while we joked around and sang the songs on the radio. We got to our friends cabin and got on the four wheelers and drove off. Michael took us to a spring and it was crowded so we went off-roading a little and found a bridge with a dock below that went out over the water. We were looking at the beautiful view when he said my name. I turned and saw him pull out a box and got down one one knee with the words that every girl waits her whole life to hear!! "Will you marry me?"I couldn't believe what was going on and my heart was beating so fast! I said yes and put the ring on! We stood on the bridge and talked for a while and laughed and kissed!
I couldn't believe it had just happened! I was in shock... He had told me that he wanted to ask my dad when we went to California. It took me by surprise. When we were driving up we stopped on the side of the road to talk to our friend and have him give us directions. While Michael was talking to Brandon I looked at his pockets and thought "His pockets don't have anything in them, he isn't going to ask." I had been with Michael every second of every day so I didn't think he had time to go get the ring I said I liked. I guess he had gone every time I was in the shower.
After we talked on the bridge we finished our off roading trip. We watched a beautiful sunset and then drove back to the bridge. There was a man at the bridge who heard me telling my mom that I just got engaged so we had him take a picture of us. (While we were on the bridge Michael and I thought we saw a log floating down the river and the realized that it was a beaver!! We also saw a moose standing in the lake and a huge bird.) We enjoyed our time together out in the silent woods. It was so beautiful and calming. We finally made our way back to the cabin and headed home.
Michael wanted the readers to know that when he asked me to marry him I kept saying "No way! No way! No way!"
Michael and I are really excited to be together for eternity! I love him so much!

Our Adventure to West Yellowstone
Finally he did it!! Do you think it's big enough?
It’s funny how people plan trips to go to Yellowstone and travel far to get there, when it is in Rexburg’s backyard. We have made two trips up there and plan on making a couple more before we graduate! Finally it was time to go to the Playmill. It was such a cute set up. The stage wasn’t big at all but the performers made up for that. They did such an amazing job acting out one of my favorite movies Guys and Dolls. If you haven’t seen that movie with Frank Sinatra then you must rent it. The actors took us to our seats and were so kind. During intermission the actors came out and sold food form the concession stand and kept in character. It was such a fun experience and if you get a chance to go I highly recommend it! I guess Hannah and Michael are the only people who read this so for Hannah let’s go next summer! Michael, Lets go see Footloose before I have to go home. We finished the night by listening to the slower Disney songs. Just the perfect ending to the perfect night!

Lazy Sunday
Today is a lazy Sunday. Michael and I attended church and learned a lot. I taught the Sunday School lesson about the organization of the Relief Society. When we got home from church I took a nap then we made dinner. It has been so fun to be here in Rexburg during the 7 week break. Michael and I have done so many things. Every Wednesday we have water Wednesday. We have gone to Rigby lake and Edgin lake. We have also gone on many bike rides, went to the Titanic museum, farmers market every Friday (I got a new band for my watch), International Dance Festivle, Idaho Falls duck race, drive in movie, campfires, bowling, Idaho Falls Chuckers game, "shopping", daily slugbug battles, saw the movie Up and made a big warm blanket, golfing (Michael won his tourney), and we have a lot more to do with 3 weeks left till I go back to California. It is a bitter sweet thing to think about. I don't want to leave Michael for 4 months but I really want to go back home and not have to worry about doing homework. This is all I can think of writing right now.... who knows if anyone is even going to read this!
